Discover passionate collectors, racing legends, famous painters and local history in a historic house within a beautiful Victorian park. There is always something new to see with a lively programme of changing art and museum exhibitions throughout the year.

The Jimmie Guthrie and Steve Hislop Rooms showcase the lives and achievements of Hawick’s two tragic motorcycle champions.

Homecoming Year Display (Balcony)

Family heraldry and historic objects, Burns portraits, local exiles donations to Hawick Museum from abroad – a changing display of items relating to Scottish ancestry and origins. To coincide with Homecoming Scotland 2009.

28th March until 30th September, Mon-Fri 10-12am & 1-5pm, Sat, Sun 2-5pm 1st October until March 2010, Mon-Fri 12-3pm, Sunday 1-3pm Closed Christmas/New Year period and Sats in winter.
