All 10 bedrooms offer superior en-suite facilities and are comfortably furnished for guests to relax in.
 
Standard en-suite double rooms include phone, television, ironing board and iron, hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, local Scottish
Borders Shortbread and bottled Scottish spring water. Molton Brown toiletries are provided for your convenience with luxurious deep pile large bath towels.
 
Superior rooms include Queen/King sized beds, large TVs with DVD/CD player. Executive suite provides free plug-in broadband access, with free broadband WI FI also available in lounge.
 
We also have a ground floor bedroom for disabled access, complete with wet room and appropriate hand rail fittings for wheelchair bound guests.
